How long will it take to sell my home?
At Reel Estates we use a computerised system that helps us to quickly and efficiently match properties to potential buyers and inform them by email. We show potential buyers homes 6 days per week, up to 8pm during the week, to allow us to get the right buyer for you as quickly as possible. According to market demand and the desirability of your property, you could expect anything from between same day to a couple of months for an offer to be received on your home.
How quickly will my property be listed on your website?
Once a member of staff has visited the property and completed the valuation, Reel Estates will aim to have the property accessible on this site within 24 hours providing all of the relevant documents are in place i.e. EPC. Due to Reel Estates state of the art software, once property details are uploaded to our internal database, they automatically are added to all of the property websites we use, enabling potential buyers to view the details and contact us to arrange a viewing.
What other websites will my property be shown on?
As well as on this site, we advertise all of our properties on the following websites; Rightmove, Findaproperty, Primelocation, Evening Standard Homes & Property, Thinkproperty, Propertyfinder, Hotproperty, Zoopla, Nestoria, Globrix.
How many photographs will you put on my Internet listing?
Reel Estates will endeavour to take as many photos as the property allows for, as we believe them to be powerful in getting potential buyers interested in coming to view your home.
Do you charge extra for photographs?
No, they’re included in our commission fee. Obviously you’ll only pay that fee when we sell your home.
Will you put a 'For Sale' board outside my home?
We will unless you tell us otherwise. It’s one of the ways we’ll maximise the chances of selling your home.
