Reel Estates specialise in undertaking the management of residential properties, particularly for landlords with a substantial portfolio. We offer this service for a number of overseas and distant landlords. It may not be required by all our landlords but is definitely the least stressful method for them. You should definitely consider our management service if you live some distance from the property, are travelling abroad, or wish to take a more detached role in the day-to-day running of your property.
Our fees are generally lower than most agents because of the large number of management properties we have.

- Handling of tenants enquiries.
- Rental collection, monthly accounting and BACS payment of cleared funds.
- Regular property visits with updates.
- Organisation of maintenance and repairs if required.
- Overseeing end of tenancy arrangements, including inventory check.
