An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is required for all new lettings. It contains information for your prospective tenants on your property's energy use and grades it from 'A' to 'G', A being the most efficient. The accompanying report also suggests ways for you to reduce energy use and carbon dioxide emissions, such as fitting loft insulation. These certificates are valid for 10 years and we can arrange for this to be done by an accredited domestic energy assessor.
